experience

  1. nowParloa

Founding member of Forward Deployed Engineering. I helped grow the team from four to 25 engineers while defining technical standards and deployment workflows.

  2. exSiemens

Production integrations for global supply-chain operations, followed by interim leadership across support and implementation.

  3. beforestealth.

Self-taught development, my own products, and software delivered to local businesses. The work that shaped everything after.

Transparent FDE Excellence Award presented by Parloa

FDE Excellence Award

Parloa gives this award once a year only. Being named the top-performing Forward Deployed Engineer in EMEA means a lot to me. I’m damn proud of it.

I dedicate it to the founding FDE team. They always had my back and helped me get here. The award sits on my desk, but it would never have been possible without them.

the thread

I started building software in 2014, before it was my job. I taught myself by shipping web applications for local businesses, running the servers behind them, and being responsible when something broke.

That path took me from my own products to supply-chain systems at Siemens and enterprise AI integrations at Parloa. The scale changed. The habit did not: understand the real constraint, build the smallest sound system, and stay responsible once it is live.

what I do

I own the full integration lifecycle: requirements, architecture, implementation, rollout, monitoring, security, and long-term support. My work connects large enterprise platforms with modern AI systems.

At Parloa, I helped grow Forward Deployed Engineering from four to 25 engineers through interviews, onboarding, technical standards, and deployment workflows. I still stay hands-on, building the integrations and tools that have to hold up in production.

how I work

I like ambiguous, high-stakes problems where ownership is real. I stay close to enterprise engineering teams, respect the constraints already in place, and carry decisions through production.

Clear architecture and operational stability are non-negotiable. Intensity is useful when it serves the work, but commitment still has to end in something reliable.

current focus

  • TypeScript and Python for integration systems and data pipelines
  • AI agents connected through REST, MCP, and enterprise platforms
  • Azure, Terraform, CI/CD, monitoring, and operational resilience

I believe the impossible is ultimately a question of commitment and execution. Tech evolves fast. So do I.
